Preamble
jr-database-tools GmbH develops a plugin, PL/SQL Enterprise Workbench, designed for the Eclipse IDE to facilitate the editing and execution of SQL and PL/SQL database scripts on Oracle database systems. The plugin includes an integrated code generator, which creates access code for invoking PL/SQL database programs in Java. Additionally, the code generator can be used independently within a Maven build process.

The product PL/SQL Enterprise Workbench, along with its accompanying files and/or documents, is the property of and copyrighted by jr-database-tools GmbH, Switzerland. Modifying, reverse engineering, disassembling, or decompiling the software in any form is strictly prohibited, except where such restrictions are explicitly not permitted under applicable law.
Distribution
You may NOT reproduce and distribute copies of the Software distribution files or any of their constituent files or materials to third parties.
Generated Code from the PL/SQL Connector Builder Code Generator
The generated Java code used to access PL/SQL programs in the Oracle database is marked with your license key. This generated code is a part of your development process, and you retain full ownership of these Java code files. You are free to distribute this code at any time and to anyone as you see fit.
Warranty Disclaimer
jr-database-tools GmbH explicitly disclaims any warranties for the software product. The software product, along with any related documentation, demos, and example code, is provided on an "AS IS" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement of third-party rights. Any risks arising from the use or performance of the software product are solely the responsibility of the user.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, jr-database-tools GmbH shall not be held liable for any personal injury, or for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or other commercial damages or losses, arising from or related to your use or inability to use the software. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise), even if jr-database-tools GmbH has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Please note that some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for personal injury or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
License, License Fees and Granted Rights
Each license permits the customer to use the PL/SQL Enterprise Workbench in a single Eclipse IDE installation. A one-time license allows the licensee to use the product indefinitely, with upgrades limited to a 12-month period. Subscriptions, on the other hand, grant the licensee the ability to use and upgrade the product at any time. If a subscription is canceled, it will automatically convert into a one-time license with the applicable upgrade restrictions.
